Project Manager (Discovery/MVP with AI)

Location: Poland or Cyprus; remote or hybrid work is available.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, including moving products from discovery to MVP launch, preferably in an IT agency, studio, or outsourcing environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, and frameworks such as OpenAI API, Claude, LangChain, vLLM, or Hugging Face.
• Previous hands-on technical experience as a software engineer, data/QA engineer, or technical analyst.
• Understanding of LLM architectures, APIs, data pipelines, AI capabilities and limitations, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with discovery workshops, client consultations, technical and commercial proposals, Lean Startup, Design Sprints, Agile/Scrum, and Kanban.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English is required for written and spoken client workshops.

What you will do

• Lead AI product discovery by identifying client pain points, gathering requirements, and defining MVP boundaries.
• Support pre-sales and solution engineering through client consultations, AI solution ideation, proposals, and estimations.
• Lead AI engineers, UI/UX designers, and developers in building, testing, and launching MVPs and proof-of-concepts.
• Assess data readiness, compliance, technical feasibility, risks, API dependencies, and delivery costs with AI architects.
• Prioritize MVP backlogs, manage feedback loops, and adjust product direction based on testing.
• Manage client expectations and embed AI capabilities into project strategies to maximize business value and ROI.
