Project Manager (Discovery/MVP with AI)

Location: Poland or Cyprus; remote or hybrid work available. Business travel to the US may be required for client meetings.

What you will do

• Lead product discovery, client consultations, and pre-sales technical proposal preparation.
• Define MVP scope, prioritize backlogs, and manage rapid iteration cycles with AI engineers, UI/UX designers, and developers.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, data readiness, model constraints, and API dependencies with AI architects.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear business ROI and realistic delivery timelines.
• Identify risks such as data quality issues and scope creep, then apply mitigation strategies for cost-effective delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in an IT agency, software studio, or outsourcing environment, focused on discovery-to-MVP launches.
• Hands-on technical background in software, QA, data engineering, or technical analysis.
• Strong understanding of LLM architectures, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Practical experience with AI tools and ecosystems such as OpenAI API, Claude, LangChain, vLLM, or Hugging Face.
• Mastery of Lean Startup, Design Sprints, Scrum, and Kanban in rapid, high-uncertainty environments.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel to the US when required.
