Project Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote from Poland

hirify.global Group is a rapidly growing IT product company operating in the iGaming sector.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of up to five concurrent software projects, from initiation through closure, following PMI standards and internal methodologies.
• Build work breakdown structures, manage scope and change control, and track timelines, deliverables, budgets, burn rates, and project risks.
• Prioritize project backlogs and portfolios, allocate resources, balance team capacity, and manage cross-project dependencies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, demos, and portfolio health dashboards for engineering leadership.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communication cadences, escalation paths, and expectations across projects.
• Optimize SDLC workflows and tooling, including ticket lifecycles, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards, automation rules, and SLA compliance.

Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on project management experience in software development environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously at portfolio level.
• Working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, hybrid approaches, and PMI/PMBOK standards.
• Higher education in Management, Business Operations, or a related field, or a PMI certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CAPM.
• Mandatory experience with WBS, prioritization, resource management, risk and dependency management, scope control, budget tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Russian at B2 or native level and English at B1 or higher required.

Nice to have

• Technical background, previous Team Lead experience, or experience in a technical role.
