AI Project Manager

Location: Priority for candidates in Serbia, Hungary, and Poland; hybrid work with one day per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered transformation, analytics, automation, and data projects for external clients.
• Define technically feasible project goals with stakeholders and manage requirements, changes, risks, documentation, transparency, and quality.
• Coordinate clients, internal teams, and technology delivery teams across AI, chatbot, business intelligence, and data science projects.
• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team meetings while promoting Agile practices.
• Build workflow automations and AI agents in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and similar tools to reduce manual reporting, tracking, and governance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing technology delivery teams focused on AI, chatbot development, business intelligence, and/or data science.
• Hands-on production-level experience building or deploying AI systems, including LLMs, chatbots, predictive analytics, or other machine learning solutions.
• Experience delivering client-facing technology projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban; fluency in Jira project management.
• Advanced English language skills required.
• Technical, computer science, engineering, or data science background preferred; startup or similarly fast-paced experience expected.

• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
