Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead multiple product-development projects in a remote environment.
• Gather client requirements and translate business needs into epics and high-level user stories.
• Communicate product vision and manage relationships with product stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct client and product-team workshops to plan future roadmaps.
• Coordinate delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
• Configure Jira Software and other project-management tools while ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• Experience working with product-development teams, including design and development.
• Experience gathering requirements and communicating product vision.
• Understanding of the product lifecycle and Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to lead, improve existing processes, and perform under pressure.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with UX fundamentals.
• Technical background.
