IT Project Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office, hybrid, or remote work options. Working hours: GMT +1, 10 AM–6 PM.

What you will do

• Represent the company and present IT solutions during client meetings.
• Prepare project contracts, technical specifications, sales presentations, and project scopes.
• Analyze customer needs and collaborate with development teams on tailored solutions.
• Coordinate the full project lifecycle and ensure delivery within time, scope, and budget.
• Lead project teams, maintain effective collaboration, and support a positive working environment.
• Monitor budgets, estimate costs, allocate resources, manage reporting and invoicing, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher is required for regular communication with international clients.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience successfully delivering long-term projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and prior project scoping experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, independence, and initiative.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to develop new skills and experience.

Nice to have

• Product Owner experience.
• Experience in the gambling or betting industry.
• Previous Business Analyst experience.
• PSM I or AgilePM certification.
