Senior Technical Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead complex products and projects end-to-end, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous environments.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, business teams, and subject-matter experts to define solutions and specifications.
• Manage project documentation, workflows, plans, deadlines, deliverables, and progress tracking using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Provide accurate project reporting and clear visibility to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead project reviews, align milestones, support decision-making, and proactively mitigate risks and blockers.
• Drive continuous improvement and apply best practices to improve project performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and an engineering or QA background.
• Fluent English and experience collaborating directly with executives.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience and 3+ years in Agile environments.
• Strong experience with Agile practices, including one-week sprints and Program Increment planning.
• Experience working with distributed or global product and engineering teams and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into products or workflows, including communicating AI requirements, risks, and constraints.
