AI Transformation Manager

Location: Hybrid work setup with one day per week in the office; candidates in Serbia, Hungary, and Poland are prioritized

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered transformation, analytics, automation, and data projects for enterprise clients.
• Own product discovery, backlog prioritization, user-signal analysis, and decisions about what to build next.
• Build AI agents and automations in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and similar tools to reduce manual reporting, tracking, and governance work.
• Work prototype-first by validating ideas with working prototypes before preparing detailed specifications.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, guide teams in Agile practices, and manage project goals, changes, risks, transparency, and delivery quality.
• Document logic, mappings, and ownership so solutions remain supportable by client IT and internal teams.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Hands-on experience managing client-facing AI, data science, machine learning, chatbot, business intelligence, or predictive analytics projects.
• Experience managing technology delivery teams and working directly with client stakeholders.
• Practical Scrum and Kanban experience; SAFe experience is beneficial.
• Fluency with Jira for project management; experience with Jira automations, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is beneficial.
• Experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with a strong bias toward building and automating repetitive work.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Educational or professional background in computer science, engineering, or data science.
