Product Manager (Data & Analytics)

Location: New York - Park Avenue, United States

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive programs for eligible employees.

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for core data and analytics platforms supporting investment, finance, and operations.
• Translate business goals into problem statements, use cases, product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog, stakeholder requests, roadmap communications, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, application teams, and business partners to design and deliver solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, including design, development, testing, launch, stabilization, and user acceptance testing.
• Track adoption and business impact, improve usability through feedback and usage analysis, and contribute to data governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in business or technology is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience with exposure to data platforms, analytics, or business intelligence products.
• Ability to translate business problems into product requirements and executable roadmaps with clear milestones.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, BI and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI, and ETL processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid SDLC methodologies; Jira and Confluence familiarity is preferred.
