Export Team Leader (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate export trafficking functions, data entry, document distribution, and international freight shipments.
• Process export orders, verify documentation against US Customs requirements, coordinate cargo availability, and arrange pickup and delivery.
• Prepare export declarations and related Bills of Lading for ocean exports.
• Review shipment monitoring reports, maintain service standards, and report non-conformances proactively.
• Maintain operational tables, support accounting matters, conduct RFI/RFQ activities, and ensure accurate communications.
• Establish rates and services with third-party carriers and finalize billing and document distribution.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating export operations and international freight movements.
• Knowledge of export documentation, customs compliance, and ocean export processes.
• Ability to prepare export declarations and Bills of Lading accurately.
• Ability to monitor shipment data, identify non-conformances, and maintain complete records.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders while handling multiple operational requirements.
