Salary: $250,000–$278,888 annually for the SF/Bay Area and NYC markets, with equity opportunities.

What you will do
- and expand an experienced engineering team while building a culture of collaboration, quality, innovation, and efficiency.
- Deliver new banking services for enterprise customers and expand existing platform capabilities.
- Partner with Product, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders to define and execute the engineering roadmap.
- Drive delivery of high-quality software and continuously improve engineering practices.
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, career development, and transparent feedback to team members.
- Make business-level trade-offs and focus engineering efforts on customer needs and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
- 2+ years of engineering management experience with a record of hiring, ing teams, and delivering high-quality products.
- Experience building products from the ground up and operating cloud-native systems at scale.
- Experience defining technical vision, setting team roadmaps and goals, and communicating decisions clearly.
- Experience developing operational excellence and successfully scaling engineering teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, customer focus, and ability to balance business and technical priorities.
