Supervisor Filed Services

Location: Albany, New York. Office-based role with regular in-person collaboration; work from home may be available based on business needs, leader approval, or departmental guidelines. Up to 50% travel, including site visits, driving, and outdoor field work. Some weekend, overtime, overnight travel, and occasional night work may be required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of increasing responsibility in operations and/or field services.
• At least 2 years of effective people leadership, including work direction, motivation, coaching, feedback, and staff development.
• Experience managing and supporting a team of approximately 8–15 mobile operators.
• Good driving record and ability to drive long distances to job sites.
• Ability to perform physically demanding field work, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders and aerial lifts, working at heights, and lifting equipment up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in operations management, business management, logistics and supply chain, or construction management.
• Experience in the photo enforcement industry.
• Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to generate reports.
• OSHA or other safety training certifications.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, data-analysis, and initiative-taking skills.

What you will do

• Manage full-time and temporary mobile operators, including hiring, performance analysis, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee deployment of automated photo enforcement systems across active work zones and maintain operational targets of 99% deployment execution and 95% issuance.
• Create weekly schedules, balance workloads, and manage staffing and expenses within budget.
• Conduct field audits, maintain depot and vehicle inventory, and ensure compliance with state legislation, program standards, and SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and enforcement systems to maximize availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Client Service, and Account Managers to improve operations and client relations.
