Field Operations Manager

Location: Must be based in New York or New Jersey with reliable access to client sites in the New York Tri-State area; regular travel between sites is required.

What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of shift leads across warehouse, event, and retail client sites.
• Coach leads on performance, attendance, scheduling, communication, conflict resolution, safety, and operating standards.
• Own operational quality, site launches, checklists, playbooks, and issue resolution across assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with client site supervisors and managers, participate in check-ins, and resolve escalations.
• Submit weekly reports covering staffing, lead performance, client feedback, and open issues.
• Maintain accurate records in workforce management systems and collaborate with Worker Success and Marketplace Operations.

Requirements

• Based in New York or New Jersey and able to travel regularly between client sites.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfort with Google Sheets, data, reporting tools, or workforce management platforms.
• Manager level: 3+ years of relevant experience managing shift leads or hourly teams across multiple sites.
• Associate level: 1–2 years of experience in supervision, operations, or logistics with direct team responsibility.
• Strong communication, organization, client relationship, escalation management, and follow-through skills.
