Client Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Location: Kansas City, Missouri. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or authorized to work for any U.S. employer, or Canadian citizens authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship. Travel of 10–20% may be required depending on project and client needs.

Annual salary: $60,000–$90,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead SaaS implementations with government agency teams and manage the full client implementation effort.
• Gather business rules, configure hirify.global Platform solutions, and develop and iterate client prototypes.
• Coordinate requirements requiring engineering or other teams, including timelines with the PMO.
• Create test plans, align requirements with Product teams, coordinate implementation issues and bugs, and validate requirements with clients.
• Maintain platform hygiene, identify configuration and user-experience issues, and support cross-functional delivery.
• Coordinate the handoff to Client Success, Operations, and Support while developing training and maintaining client documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a software-based organization.
• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing web-based applications, or working as a client-facing Business or Solution Analyst.
• Experience leading large enterprise implementations across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with the full project management lifecycle, including communicating product roadmaps and deliverables to clients.
• Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Trello, Teams, Slack, Jira, diagramming tools, and Microsoft Office.
