Implementations Project Manager Associate (Fintech)

Salary: $60,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Create and manage project plans for an assigned portfolio of client implementations.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare weekly status reports, lead status meetings, and address delivery risks.
• Lead steering committee meetings with C-level client decision-makers and senior management.
• Manage project financials, resource allocation, utilization, go-live adherence, and billing accuracy.
• Manage client relationships and facilitate transition to the steady-state servicing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Relevant experience in financial services, including investment, banking, insurance, or fintech.
• Experience implementing large-scale, multi-location programs and managing projects in a matrix reporting environment.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Excel, SmartSheet, Monday.com, Salesforce, and other project management software.
• Knowledge of investment accounting and reporting processes, securities or financial markets, and SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication, documentation, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• ACCA or another investment accounting qualification.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Experience in change management or change delivery roles.
