Delivery Station Supervisor - Stoke

What you will do

• Supervise, train, schedule, and support delivery associates and warehouse staff.
• Manage inbound and outbound package flows, including sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatch.
• Track station performance metrics such as on-time delivery, handling efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, implement corrective actions, and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain inventory records, package movement documentation, equipment records, and a safe, organized station.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, external partners, and management; prepare performance reports and improvement proposals.

Requirements

• Supervisory or leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
• Strong knowledge of sorting, scanning, dispatching, warehouse management systems, and related software.
• Experience managing teams, analyzing operational data, and making data-driven efficiency improvements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to operational needs.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to safety and quality; a bachelor's degree and valid driver's license are preferred.
