Assistant Warehouse Manager

What you will do

• Support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day management of the Bristol facility and warehouse team.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate the prompt receipt, put-away, and efficient storage of stock.
• Train new starters on warehouse systems and procedures.
• Report key performance indicators to the management team.
• Enforce health and safety standards across the site.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a warehouse supervisor, assistant manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience using a warehouse management system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively and think independently.

• Forklift licence.
