Senior Supply Chain Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end supply chain performance for a category, including inventory, out-of-stock, cost, and service-level metrics.
• Develop category-specific supply chain strategies aligned with commercial and revenue goals.
• Plan and track purchase orders, balance demand and working capital, and manage inventory turns.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, 3PLs, warehouses, Amazon FBA, and other fulfillment nodes.
• Deliver performance reporting and analyze fulfillment DoS, out-of-stock percentage, inventory turns, and end-to-end unit cost.
• Lead, coach, and develop category-dedicated supply chain professionals while driving process consistency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon FBA operations.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
