What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts including communication, setup, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow revenue and partnerships
• Lead quarterly business review sessions presenting performance insights to key partners
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex queries and support publishers
• Manage onboarding and integration of new accounts ensuring seamless setup

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in London
• Experience in account management or customer success within AdTech, SSP, or programmatic roles
• Working knowledge of SSPs, SDKs, and programmatic advertising landscape
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and communicate performance
• Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and growing client relationships
• Ability to travel and represent the company at industry events
