What you will do

• Architect production-ready AI systems for customer experience use cases using LLMs, deterministic workflows, tools, orchestration, human handoffs, and fallback strategies.
• Design scalable RAG and enterprise knowledge architectures that balance accuracy, relevance, freshness, latency, security, and governance.
• Build AI evaluation and observability frameworks covering retrieval quality, tool-call performance, safety, drift, cost, and business outcomes.
• Develop contextual AI experiences using real-time customer data, interaction history, conversation state, and external signals across voice and digital channels.
• Lead presales discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, prototypes, trials, integrations, value assessments, and production pilot readiness with sales, customers, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Create reusable technical assets and enablement while translating customer feedback into product and go-to-market guidance.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience architecting modern AI solutions using machine learning, NLU, NLP, retrieval systems, LLMs, orchestration, tool use, and agentic AI.
• Strong architectural judgment across model selection, latency, cost, explainability, governance, multilingual requirements, security, scalability, and business risk.
• Deep experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms, knowledge sources, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, identity systems, and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience designing real-time enterprise systems with secure data access, reliability, fallback paths, failure handling, voice and digital latency, and scalability.
• Expertise in AI evaluation, governance, and observability, including offline and online testing, retrieval quality, tool-call accuracy, safety, drift, auditability, and cost control.
• Proven ability to deliver technical demonstrations, prototypes, executive presentations, and customer-focused solution designs in partnership with sales teams.

• Understanding of hirify.global Cloud and hirify.global AI capabilities.
• Experience with contact centers, self-service, agent assistance, journey management, customer experience orchestration, or back-office automation.
• Experience creating reusable enablement for solution consulting, partners, sales engineering, or related field organizations.
• Experience translating customer and field insights into product or platform improvements.
