Salary: $130,000 - $155,000

What you will do

• Lead the design of the company’s enterprise AI infrastructure and architecture.
• Modernize technology foundations to support AI-enabled tools, automations, and agentic workflows.
• Define common patterns, standards, and best practices for AI applications, retrieval, and governance.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, Security, and Data teams to identify and implement necessary AI platforms.
• Design scalable approaches for connecting AI systems to enterprise data and business applications.
• Evaluate emerging AI platforms and tools to provide pragmatic, business-value-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and AI tools like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure concepts including LLM platforms, RAG, and orchestration.
• Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy and communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Woburn, MA.
