Salary: $75,100–$85,475 per year, with the actual offer depending on skills, experience, and geographic location.

What you will do

  • Deliver technical safety consulting services to Emerging, Enterprise, and Middle Market clients.
  • Survey client operations, identify loss problems, evaluate risks, and prepare recommendations.
  • Plan and coordinate loss prevention safety procedures and return-to-work programs.
  • Review client safety programs, manuals, structures, and compliance practices.
  • Conduct inspections, provide safety education, and help clients maintain industry-specific standards.
  • Coordinate with regional managers, internal departments, claims adjusters, and insurance loss prevention personnel while managing the allocated client budget.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
  • At least 10 years of successful experience in safety services in a similar position.
  • Certified Safety Professional certification or another accredited safety-related certification is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence with no more than two major violations and one chargeable accident in the past three years.
  • Knowledge of workers’ compensation, safety program implementation, general business insurance, and OSHA compliance standards, including chemical handling, air quality, and noise.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in hostile environments, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, climb ladders, and work above ground level.
