Regional Safety, Compliance, and Loss Prevention Manager

Location: Remote, but must be based out of Dallas, Texas, with the ability to travel 40–50%

What you will do

• Execute and continuously improve health, safety, compliance, and loss prevention programs across a regional network of fulfillment and warehouse facilities.
• Hire, coach, and develop site-level safety and loss prevention professionals while building a high-accountability regional team.
• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and peak-readiness reviews.
• Own regional loss prevention strategy, shrink reduction, investigations, physical security controls, and carrier and vendor accountability.
• Manage regulatory inspections, OSHA and state compliance, Hazmat requirements, and customer certification readiness.
• Lead HSS readiness for new site launches, automation commissioning, and network expansion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in health and safety, loss prevention, or operations compliance.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring and developing teams.
• Multi-site experience in 3PL, eCommerce fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with loss prevention investigations, shrink management, or asset protection in high-volume logistics or retail operations.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards, state-specific regulations, physical security systems, incident investigations, corrective action systems, and Hazmat compliance.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas and able to travel 40–50%.

Nice to have

• ASP, CSP, or equivalent safety certification, or active pursuit of one.
• Wicklander-Zulawski, Reid Technique, or equivalent interviewing certification.
• Lean, Six Sigma, CTPAT, TAPA, or SOC-related security experience.
