Senior Service Upgrade Specialist (Robotics)

Location: USA remote, with travel to customer distribution centers and other customer locations; approximately 60% travel may be required.

Salary: $87,000–$119,900 base pay annually, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Lead field service upgrades, modifications, and retrofit programs across multiple customer sites.
• Create deployment plans covering site scheduling, resource allocation, readiness, labor, and downtime.
• Coordinate engineering releases, technical bulletins, design updates, parts, tools, documentation, and third-party vendors.
• Manage customer communications, site constraints, access requirements, progress tracking, budgets, and post-upgrade validation.
• Troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical and automation system issues during upgrade execution.
• Capture field feedback, analyze operational data, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues to maintain project momentum and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of related work experience or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of electro-mechanical or automation systems, including maintenance, installation, and repair protocols.
• Experience managing multi-site deployments, cross-functional teams, budgets, labor tracking, and cost controls.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in dynamic, high-pressure site environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and/or fly to customer locations are required.
