What you will do

• Recruit and place hires for client projects across multiple industries.
• Work with internal teams and external clients to understand staffing needs for independent contractors.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networks, and search engines.
• Screen, interview, test, and refer applicants while assessing qualifications, experience, and role fit.
• Guide hires from offer through contract execution and maintain communication throughout assignments.
• Ensure 1099 contractors understand applicable tax, legal, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Previous recruiting experience; third-party agency experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, telephone, multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Workday Recruiting.
• A bachelor's degree and call center experience are preferred.
