What you will do

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels for technical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through signed offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define hiring needs, improve assessment, and make decisions.
• Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and talent strategy.
• Strengthen employer branding and the candidate and employee experience.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, track hiring data, and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment at a mid-senior level.
• Experience recruiting in technology, SaaS, or scale-up environments.
• Proven proactive sourcing experience, including hiring Software Engineers and other hard-to-fill profiles.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent vacancies and advising on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required. Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, AI-assisted workflows, and data-driven hiring is also required.
