Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractor)

Location: On-site in San Jose, California; able to work onsite 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Support HR operations and recruiting activities.
• Provide end-to-end recruitment administration, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and new-hire paperwork.
• Support benefits, employee relations, and immigration processes.
• Coordinate company activities and events.
• Handle confidential information discreetly and complete other HR duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in human resources, administration, and/or coordination is preferred.
• Advanced computer skills, especially with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work onsite 40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Lever applicant tracking system.
• Mandarin language skills.
