Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractor) (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; onsite 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Support HR operations and recruiting activities.
• Provide end-to-end recruitment administrative support, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and new-hire paperwork.
• Support benefits, employee relations, and immigration activities.
• Coordinate company activities and events.
• Handle confidential information discreetly and perform other necessary duties.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High energy, drive, initiative, and commitment.
• Ability to work onsite 40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Human resources, administrative, and/or coordinating experience.
• Experience with the Lever applicant tracking system.
• Mandarin speaking ability.
