What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs and execute tailored recruitment plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for individual and project-based roles across various departments.
• Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Source candidates actively using LinkedIn and AI-enabled platforms.
• Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening and manage the selection process.
• Provide weekly KPI reports to hiring managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency).
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach with a focus on process adherence and candidate follow-up.
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and professional growth.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Recruiter.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Solutions.
