What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs and execute tailored recruitment plans.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for individual and project-based roles across various departments.
- Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Source candidates actively using LinkedIn and AI-enabled platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening and manage the selection process.
- Provide weekly KPI reports to hiring managers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach with a focus on process adherence and candidate follow-up.
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Recruiter.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Solutions.
- Experience using AI applications for sourcing and communication.
