Focus on developing tailored recruitment plans, using AI-enabled sourcing platforms, screening candidates, and reporting recruitment KPIs.

What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders across North America to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Develop tailored recruitment plans and manage project-based and individual recruitment processes.
- Create job descriptions and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, internal attraction methods, and AI-enabled platforms.
- Conduct candidate pre-screening and evaluate applications against intake criteria.
- Provide weekly KPI reports to hiring managers and stakeholders while collaborating with the global Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an in-house or agency environment.
- Independent working style and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to established processes and thorough candidate follow-up.
- Proactive approach, interest in talent development and acquisition, and commitment to continuous learning.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Recruiter.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
- Active LinkedIn profile with a strong professional network.
- Comfort using AI applications for candidate sourcing and candidate communications.
