Recruiter (Semiconductors)

Location: On-site at the Hsinchu, Taiwan office

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and manufacturing positions, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on requisition creation, intake meetings, interviews, candidate selection, and offer closing.
• Build talent pipelines and research new sources for active and passive candidates.
• Conduct or facilitate panel interviews and maintain effective candidate communication throughout the process.
• Track recruiting goals and metrics, analyze hiring data, and recommend process improvements.
• Lead employer-branding, social media, job fair, campus recruitment, and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in technical and professional recruiting.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of candidate-sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, communication, relationship-management, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple changing priorities, and handle confidential information.
• Experience working in a cross-cultural environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience using Workday or ADP ATS platforms.
