Director, Product (AI)

Location: Austin, TX, USA; hybrid

Salary: USD 200,000–225,000 yearly, plus potential bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and long-term strategy for marketplace fulfillment across families and caregivers.
• Lead job posting, search, recommendations, ranking, AI-powered matching, and marketplace discovery across web and mobile.
• Develop new supply channels, onboarding experiences, partnerships, and product capabilities to expand caregiver availability.
• Lead cross-functional product teams from strategy and roadmaps through requirements and delivery.
• Define marketplace metrics and use experimentation, analytics, and customer research to improve liquidity, successful hires, application rates, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and executive leadership to deliver marketplace improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including experience leading teams and complex customer-facing products.
• Experience building and scaling marketplace, search, matching, recommendation, or discovery products.
• Proven ability to define product vision and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics, supply and demand, liquidity, and conversion.
• Experience using experimentation, customer research, and data to guide product decisions.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders without direct authority.
