Senior Director, Product Strategy & Operations (AI)

Salary: $197,000–$265,000 USD base pay annually

Clari and hirify.global are building an AI-powered Predictive Revenue System that combines revenue insights, product data, and automation for enterprise revenue teams.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and operations as the analytical and operational partner to the CPO.
• Build financial models and business cases for investments, market entries, and portfolio changes.
• Establish ROI measurement for R&D investments and manage the global Product Scorecard, North Star metrics, and product OKRs.
• Coordinate Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance around product-led initiatives.
• Lead go-to-product operations, launch synchronization, operational readiness, and field enablement for major releases.
• Design and scale the Product Operating System, including lifecycle processes and integrated tooling.

Requirements

• Background in management consulting, finance, or a highly analytical product role.
• Ability to work with SQL databases and complex financial models.
• Experience translating noisy data into clear recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Experience leading teams in high-growth environments with $100M+ ARR.
• Track record of implementing systems that scale through significant headcount growth.
• Understanding of modern data stacks, product tooling, and AI-driven sentiment analysis.
