Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain

Salary: $84,000–$156,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Build financial models and recommendations for capital investments, central initiatives, cost optimization, and operational decisions.
• Use AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics, Power BI, and SQL to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
• Partner with accounting and finance teams on month-end close and accurate financial results.
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership while advising cross-functional business partners.
• Drive improvements in financial processes and operational efficiency across the global supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including FP&A.
• Experience influencing business decisions through financial analysis and insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; experience with SQL.
• Strong business judgment and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Snowflake, Python, or other analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365 ERP, Salesforce, or TM1.
