IPC Finance Senior Manager

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; full-time onsite

Salary: $154,000–$212,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the Digital Lithography Technology business unit P&L and balance sheet review.
• Partner with DLT leadership and the BU CFO on financial strategy, modeling, communications, and commercial negotiations.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, and the finance operating rhythm.
• Analyze product gross margins and support pricing and profitability decisions.
• Manage inventory, OpEx, and CapEx spending and improve transaction support, cost tracking, and financial reporting systems.
• Lead FP&A across IPC North America business units and mentor finance team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Manufacturing or operational finance experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling skills for scenario planning, partnership economics, and long-range forecasting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and BlackLine and BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
• Fluency with AI-enabled tools and willingness to work as a hands-on operator in an ambiguous environment.
