Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Studios (Gaming)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 USD annually, plus potential bonus or commission opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting, financial planning, headcount planning, outside-services forecasting, and multi-year incentive modeling for R&D Studios.
• Analyze P&L variances, forecast changes, actual results, testing costs, and other cost drivers for Corporate FP&A and Studio leadership.
• Manage development-project financials, including approvals, cost controls, overage management, and ROI validation.
• Partner with Studio leaders on forecasting discussions, operational updates, and data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee the Global Gaming Incentive program, including qualification validation, award calculations, employee letters, and coordination with Accounting, People & Culture, and Payroll.
• Develop financial reporting packages and models for game-level profitability, product assessments, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in gaming, payments, fintech, or transaction-based technology.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across multiple product lines.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience with ERP and BI tools such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or Gemini, including developing AI agents for first-order analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.
