Spending Manager, AGS (Applied Global Service) (Finance)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Relocation eligible; travel required approximately 10% of the time.

Salary: $138,000–$190,000 per year, with potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Lead AGS spending forecasts across COS and OPEX, including consolidation, variance analysis, and leadership communications.
• Own AOP planning processes, including Zero-Based Budgeting and investment planning.
• Track strategic initiative projects against AOP commitments and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-ready recommendations, reporting, and spend performance updates.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning quality, forecast accuracy, and spending transparency.
• Drive reporting and system improvements while leading and developing a team of analysts.

Requirements

• Experience in spend management, procurement, sourcing, finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and develop business recommendations.
• Experience with spend reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or cost optimization.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to business and finance leaders.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills, plus experience with analytics tools.
