Finance Manager, North America Revenue FP&A (Cost-of-Volume Analytics)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Foster City, California office, with at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $129,200–$206,700 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead financial analysis of incentives and total cost of volume across the North America deal pipeline.
• Assess the financial, operational, and accounting impact of new deals and renewals with Deal Finance, Controllership, FP&A, Legal, Sales, and operations stakeholders.
• Own deal pipeline governance, reporting, and consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely leadership insights.
• Build contract-level forecasts for payments volume, processed transactions, incentives, rebates, and discounts.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly actuals versus forecasts, identifying variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and drive automation and efficiency improvements across forecasting and planning processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or accounting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including multi-scenario economics and sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to interpret commercial and legal agreements and assess financial, operational, and accounting implications.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, organizational, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Ability to develop knowledge of the payments ecosystem and hirify.global’s multi-party economic model while operating in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Six or more years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or relevant advanced-degree experience.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives, digital finance tools, automation, and management support.
• Knowledge of issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants, and other payments ecosystem participants.
