Delivery Station Supervisor - Edinburgh (Logistics)

What you will do

• Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate delivery associates and warehouse staff.
• Manage inbound and outbound package flow, including sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatch.
• Monitor on-time delivery, package handling efficiency, safety, and other operational metrics.
• Implement policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, implement corrective actions, and improve workflow.
• Maintain inventory records, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
• Strong knowledge of sorting, scanning, dispatching, warehouse operations, and team management.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven operational decisions.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and relevant operational software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to safety and quality, with knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Nice to have

• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
