Warehouse Site Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Northampton, UK; Workplace: On-site; Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00

What you will do

• Manage the full UK warehouse site, including goods receipts, processing volumes, storage, and dispatch.
• Own site budgeting, P&L performance, cost control, and financial planning.
• Build, recruit, develop, and manage an efficient warehouse team.
• Work with resource suppliers to flex staffing for business demand and seasonal volumes.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma practices.
• Set SLAs, track KPIs, manage consumable suppliers, and coordinate forecasted volumes and shipping priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management, including full-site P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership experience recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, financial management, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems, logistics software, and warehouse best practices.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Fluent English required.
