Salary: $150,000–$185,000 annual pay

What you will do

• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of enterprise IT systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop IT policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with executive leaderhirify.globalp to identify technology solutions that improve operations and drive innovation.
• Manage and mentor IT professionals while fostering continuous learning and development.
• Oversee IT projects, vendor relationhirify.globalps, budgets, performance metrics, and service delivery.
• Evaluate and implement technologies that improve efficiency, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 IT support environment.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Expertise in cloud platforms and services, cybersecurity, systems and network administration, and technical problem-solving.
• Expertise in ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge, and Service Catalog management.
• Ability to travel 20%.
