Sr. Director, Commercial Services Product Group Manager

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $200,150–$320,250 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Direct IT management for a large and complex enterprise or a pivotal business sub-function.
• Plan, design, execute, communicate, and deliver IT management initiatives across the designated scope.
• Lead infrastructure design, acquisition, implementation, operation, maintenance, and client services support.
• Establish business plans and technical project or program objectives aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Drive process improvement, policy development, operational success, architectural standards, and measurable business goals.
• Advise executive management, lead organization-wide programs and products, and oversee recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Typically 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in IT supervision or a related field.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, IT service management, business processes, requirements, change management, and technical support.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, automation, data analysis, Linux, AWS, Microsoft Azure, SAP Applications, and project management.
• Strong customer centricity, prioritization, resilience, team management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Approximately 25% travel is required.
