Director, IT Infrastructure

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) required in the Dallas office; the role is based in the United States.

Salary: $119,300–$371,300 USD base salary per year, with potential annual bonus, stock, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for global internal IT infrastructure and operations.
• Lead enterprise networking across LAN/WLAN, SD-WAN, remote access, DNS, internet egress, observability, and availability.
• Set the strategy for identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, privileged access, and entitlement governance.
• Oversee corporate cloud services, FinOps, cloud governance, security guardrails, and secure connectivity with product environments.
• Own the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, and Purview, as well as licensing and Microsoft enterprise agreements.
• Build and develop a global IT leadership organization, manage budgets and vendors, and improve operations through KPIs, SLAs, incident management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years leading global infrastructure and operations functions.
• Enterprise-scale experience across multiple areas including networking, IAM, IT services, cloud services, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience building and retaining global IT organizations, including direct management of managers.
• Cloud-first or cloud-heavy operating experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, and SaaS-based IT models.
• Strong knowledge of modern identity, zero-trust architectures, regulated environments, security and compliance, and M&A integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience; strong executive and partner communication skills.
