Salary: $119,300 - $371,300 USD

What you will do

• Own and execute the multi-year strategy and roadmap for global IT infrastructure and operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team of IT leaders, managers, engineers, and administrators.
• Oversee global enterprise network strategy, including LAN/WLAN, SD-WAN, and ZTNA/VPN.
• Manage the enterprise IAM strategy, including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management.
• Drive cloud FinOps discipline, cost visibility, and optimization for corporate IT cloud services.
• Own the Microsoft 365 platform end-to-end and integrate AI capabilities like Microsoft Copilot.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing global functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading networking, IAM, cloud services, and M365 at enterprise scale.
• Deep expertise in cloud-first environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and zero-trust architectures.
• Proven ability to set strategy and execute through quarterly milestones with measurable outcomes.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
