Business Operations

Location: Hybrid, with regular time expected in one of hirify.global' hubs and occasional travel for workshops, customer meetings, and company off-sites.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annually plus equity.

hirify.global is building an operating system for mobile services that enables technology companies to embed global connectivity into their products.

What you will do

• Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives including go-to-market, pricing, international expansion, and planning.
• Build scalable business processes from first principles to implementation.
• Define key metrics, build dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations using tools such as Looker and SQL.
• Structure ambiguous business problems and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, planning cadences, quarterly reviews, and operating rhythms.
• Use AI to accelerate analysis, research, workflow prototyping, and reusable operational solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or a fast-scaling technology company.
• Experience solving unstructured problems and driving initiatives from 0 to 1.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Excel modeling and data analysis with Looker or SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for aligning senior stakeholders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Daily use of AI tools and sound judgment about applying AI to analysis, research, drafting, and repeatable workflows.
