Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid with at least three days per week in the office

OTE salary: $190,800–$227,900 annually for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area. Regular employees may also be eligible for a corporate bonus or sales incentive and RSUs.

Fin, an hirify.global company, develops an AI Customer Agent that provides automated customer support across service, sales, and ecommerce channels, with nearly 30,000 businesses using its products.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery to identify customer needs and define appropriate solutions.
• Deliver pre-sales presentations, solution reviews, and technical sessions that demonstrate Fin’s value.
• Design and lead tailored Proofs of Concept showcasing Fin’s capabilities.
• Own technical responses for RFPs and customer security questions, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Partner with Product, R&D, and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and influence product planning.
• Improve Solutions Engineering processes and contribute to a best-in-class playbook.

Requirements

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role managing C-level technical and business relationships.
• Strong technical acumen, including technical discovery and high-impact value presentations.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into tailored solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams, managing POCs and RFPs, and addressing complex security questions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; occasional travel is required.
