Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Manhattan, New York City; onsite in the office 5 days per week. Up to 10–20% domestic travel required.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 OTE annually.

What you will do

• Lead tailored product demonstrations for high-value prospects and adapt the narrative to each operator's business.
• Build proof-of-concept implementations that demonstrate hirify.global in prospect workflows.
• Develop ROI narratives and quantify outcomes in terms relevant to buyers.
• Partner with account executives on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, objection handling, and deal execution.
• Create and maintain demos, whitepapers, RFP responses, and an internal knowledge base of customer use cases.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects throughout the deal cycle.

Requirements

• Based in NYC and willing to work onsite 5 days per week.
• At least 2 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role.
• Demonstrated ability to run product demonstrations and build proof-of-concept solutions that advance deals.
• Foundational understanding of software systems and system design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics credibly.
• Comfortable with up to 10–20% domestic travel.
