Mission Director - Army

Location: United States — Remote

Base salary: $145,000–$185,000 per year. Total on-target earnings: $290,000–$370,000.

What you will do

• Manage program operations for the Army domain within the Federal Business Unit.
• Build relationships with Army mission partners, support retention and satisfaction, and align delivery with mission outcomes.
• Facilitate onboarding and product adoption for the NGC2 architecture and converged data layer.
• Act as a trusted advisor, monitor customer health, provide product updates, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Identify account expansion and cross-selling opportunities, scope contract modifications, and collaborate with the Army Account Executive.
• Track retention, customer health, time-to-value, and adoption KPIs while relaying Army user feedback to Product.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the NextGen C2 (NGC2) initiative and ecosystem.
• Experience managing relationships with Army stakeholders or mission partners.
• Ability to support customer onboarding, product adoption, retention, and account expansion.
• Ability to balance time-to-value with gross profit margins during contract delivery.
• Experience working with secure, cloud-native software delivery environments, including Kubernetes, cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, continuous delivery, GitOps, and containers.
• Must be based in the United States.
