Director, Implementation Services (INDG) (Enterprise SaaS)

Location: Arlington, VA — office attendance required four days per week; travel up to 25% for customer and industry engagements.

Salary: $190,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Own implementation services delivery, including project execution, resource management, and operational performance metrics.
• Develop service offerings for enterprise and commercial segments, including scope, value positioning, collateral, and pricing.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a professional services team capable of delivering large engagements.
• Forecast staffing needs and align professional services capacity with sales growth and new implementation opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, support, and product management to improve implementation and adoption.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers and communicate customer-driven product enhancement needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise SaaS implementation, strategy development, project management, and executive stakeholder management.
• 7+ years of experience managing implementation or professional services teams.
• Experience building and scaling a professional services implementation business with accountability for financial targets, project monitoring, utilization, resource management, and KPIs.
• Expertise in Agile development and customer engagement around software development lifecycle best practices.
• Ability to work in the Arlington office four days per week and travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing technology in tax, accounting, finance, or law.
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Certinia, and Tableau.
