Executive Producer

Location: Remote within the United States; West Coast candidates required

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 annually, depending on level and work location

What you will do

• Own delivery and overall health of a large, long-term retained client portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, writing, technology, and production.
• Oversee concurrent initiatives while managing changing priorities, quality, and momentum.
• Partner with Growth on scopes, proposals, new opportunities, and account expansion.
• Manage planning, staffing, budgets, forecasting, risks, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an Executive Producer leading complex client partnerships.
• Experience managing large retained accounts with multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Strong executive-level client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading integrated brand, digital, marketing, and communications initiatives.
• Understanding of digital product and website delivery, including UX and design processes.
• Experience developing scopes, managing budgets, forecasting work, and supporting account growth.
