Senior HR Business Partner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Advise assigned client groups and Director-and-above leaders, translating executive priorities into scalable workforce plans.
• Embed the Assess/Reward/Develop/Engage framework across the organization.
• Provide expert guidance on organizational design, team structures, role clarity, and workforce optimization.
• Coach leaders on talent pipelines, career architecture, engagement, and high-performance development.
• Partner with the HR Strategic Talent Leader and leverage the HR Representative & Leaves Pod for tactical operations.
• Use people data, business acumen, project management, and risk mitigation to address complex organizational challenges.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Experience supporting varied functions such as sales, operations, and shared services in a high-velocity organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strategic advisory skills with the ability to translate business strategy into workforce plans.
• Financial acumen, relationship management, data judgment, and talent management expertise.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced fintech environment and navigate ambiguity and organizational change.

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
