Senior HR Business Partner (AI)

Location: Galway, Ireland. Hybrid work model with onsite attendance at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Partner strategically with the Senior Leadership Team on organizational design, talent planning, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
• Develop business-unit people strategies that translate business priorities into measurable workforce plans.
• Lead strategic workforce planning across people and AI agents, including development of future human and AI capabilities.
• Run talent and performance cycles, including OKRs, leadership calibrations, compensation reviews, and 9-box assessments.
• Turn workforce, engagement, and performance analytics into actionable business insight.
• Own escalated employee relations investigations and coordinate cyclical HR support across the regional pod.

Requirements

• Senior HRBP experience partnering directly with an SLT or equivalent in a regional or business-unit HR model.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Experience leading complex or escalated employee relations investigations.
• Proven ability to coach senior leaders, provide direct feedback, and hold leaders accountable for their development and team growth.
• Familiarity with HRIS and workflow systems, plus openness to AI-enabled HR operations and automation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
