People Partner (People Operations)

Location: Washington, D.C.; on-site, with 4–5 days per week in-office required.

Salary: $90,000–$151,000 per year. Total compensation may also include restricted stock units, a sign-on bonus, and other future incentives.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with business owners and act as a strategic thought partner on people strategies and engagements.
• Build, execute, and assess scalable people processes and programs covering feedback, growth, training, and leadership development.
• Advise teams on organizational design, processes, and workflows to improve operational effectiveness.
• Use people metrics to generate insights and guide decisions related to employee growth and retention.
• Coach individual contributors and leads and help resolve performance issues, interpersonal conflicts, grievances, and complex investigations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to spend 4–5 days per week in-office in Washington, D.C.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environment through quick and thoughtful execution.
• Ability to work on open-ended problems and drive them through completion.
• Proactive, autonomous approach and ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Data-driven and detail-oriented approach.
