TL;DR

Salary: $180,000–$230,000

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted people partner to GTM leadership, translating deep business context into people priorities.
  • Advise management on org design, succession planning, performance, retention, and engagement using data-driven insights.
  • Build management capacity across the GTM organization and support change management efforts during growth.
  • Drive a high-performance culture within GTM, focusing on clear expectation setting and rigorous performance management.
  • Advise on role architecture, career pathing, and promotion readiness to inform retention and development strategies.
  • Collaborate on compensation plan design, equity strategy, and offer approvals to maintain hiring competitiveness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, specifically with GTM/revenue organizations.
  • Experience supporting 400+ employee organizations through rapid growth with expertise in org design and talent strategy.
  • Strong commercial acumen in GTM, including deep understanding of variable compensation structures.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, high-stakes people decisions with speed and sound judgment.
  • Highly analytical and a first-principles thinker who uses data to diagnose root causes and build scalable processes.
  • Able to work in-person 3+ days per week in San Francisco.
